Real Food: seasonal meal planning, farm to table meals, diet & nutrition. Fresh milled flour, nutrient dense bread.

April 24, 2027: 1-4 pm
Dairy and Beef Cattle: Breeding, care, feed, rotational grazing, infrastructure, milking and more.
Food Preservation
October 24, 2026: 1-4 pm
Preserving the Harvest: Pressure canning, water bath canning, dehydrating, freezing, freeze drying.
Family Classes Registration
Classes are donation based with a suggested donation of $100 per family.
Donations help fund our Homesteading Homeschool Enrichment Program and future Family Classes.
