At Rooted Classical Homestead, our vision for Classical Agricultural Education Homeschool Enrichment is to supplement classical education with real world application of the classical tools of learning at each stage of the trivium by recovering the lost skills of working and building with our hands.

  • We serve students of all abilities in Grades 1-12.

  • Students meet in our barn classroom 9am-3pm Fridays throughout the academic year. (See 2026-2027 Calendar below.)

  • Education application in subjects including: Agriculture, Science, Mathematics, Economics and more.

  • Character application in leadership, developing relationships, team building and collaboration, work ethic and focus, problem solving and more.

  • Students will work hard, get dirty, rise to the challenge, and create lasting memories of a job well done!

Registration begins March 1, 2026

Students are enrolled in the order registration forms are received.

Maximum enrollment is 12 students. Additional students will be placed on a waitlist.

Rooted Classical Homestead’s Homeschool Enrichment Program is tuition-free.

We receive state funding to support our program through ERBOCES, Education reEnvisioned Board of Cooperative Education Services, an authorizer of public educational programs to secure public funding for schools and homeschool enrichment programs (https://www.edreenvisioned.org/).

Students may not be enrolled in more than one publicly funded program per school year. Students who attend the Enrichment Program must be registered as homeschoolers by a Notice of Intent to Homeschool, taught by a parent who is a certified teacher or enrolled with an independent (non-public) school (such as CHEC). Please contact us if your student is enrolled in another publicly funded program and your student would like to be a part of our program.

Student Fees: $400 per year.

Student Fees cover personal student equipment and hands-on project materials.

Please read and respond to Registration information carefully, and reach out with any questions.
